Parity’s Board:
Parity is led by an effective and objective board, which is believed to be fundamental to the success of the group. The board utilises a framework of prudent and effective controls in order to determine and manage the group's goals and the necessary strategies and policies to achieve these goals. The company's values and standards set by the board, are upheld throughout the group with the assistance of the internal audit, quality assurance and risk management functions.
Board Composition:
Parity Group plc has developed a board with a good balance of skills, experience, length of service and knowledge of the Company.
Board Committees:
The role, duties and responsibilities of board committees are clearly defined in their terms of reference and in keeping with the principles of the Financial Reporting Council's UK Corporate Governance Code, the board implements best corporate governance practice through these terms of reference.
